The Village Board passed an ordinance giving the privilege of operation UTV’s and golf carts on Village streets. These vehicles must have a city sticker that may be obtained at the Village Hall. UTV’s and golf carts must follow the laws pertaining to the automobiles. No driving on Kinmundy Rd or Route 45 is permitted for any distance except for directly crossing them. The only crossings allowed are: Vandalia and Route 45, Chestnut and Router 45, Tanner and Kinmundy Road. We are concerned for the safety of our citizens and want everyone to enjoy riding around town. Please follow all laws pertaining to the UTV’s and golf carts so all may continue enjoying this privilege.
